Return Period

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility & Contact

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Customer-Initiated Returns

We accept returns for reasons other than product defects or our error, subject to prior approval.

In such cases, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned items must remain unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

The refund will exclude any shipping fees and taxes that were included in the total purchase price.

Unauthorized returns without prior confirmation may not be accepted or refunded.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If the product you receive is defective or different from your order, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refund Process

Once your return is received, it will undergo a brief inspection. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.

Important Notes

– Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed.
– Returns are accepted only under the conditions outlined in this policy.
– For handmade products, minor variations in color, texture, or finish are natural and do not qualify as defects.
